These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Innqora platform ("Innqora", "we", "us"), including our website, dashboards, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering a hotel, restaurant, or spa listing, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

2. Business listings

Businesses registered on Innqora are reviewed before appearing publicly. We may decline, suspend, or remove a listing that violates these Terms, provides inaccurate information, or is otherwise inappropriate for the platform.

3. Bookings and orders

Innqora provides the platform through which bookings, orders, and appointments are made between guests and businesses. The business is responsible for honoring bookings made through the platform, and for the goods and services it provides.

4. Payments and fees

Commission fees are described at the time of signup or in your account settings. The platform bills commission on completed bookings and orders at the rate shown in your account; rates and terms are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service - including attempting to access data that isn't yours, disrupting the platform, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innqora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
